Why can LQ-GXF High-temperature pressure relief valve effectively avoid the influence of high-temperature expansion?

In the industrial production process, equipment and piping systems in high-temperature environments often face the problem of material expansion, which affects the normal operation of the equipment and may also cause safety hazards. As a valve designed for high-temperature flue gas proportional ventilation, LQ-GXF High-temperature pressure relief valve has a unique structure and design that enables it to effectively avoid the influence of high-temperature expansion and ensure the stability and safety of the system.

1. Innovation in structural design
LQ-GXF High-temperature pressure relief valve adopts a new structural form of welding the centerline butterfly plate and the short structural steel plate. This design makes the valve compact and light in weight, and also greatly reduces the thermal expansion effect of the material in a high-temperature environment. The design of the centerline butterfly plate enables the butterfly plate to be heated evenly at high temperatures, avoiding deformation and stress concentration caused by local overheating. The welding of the short structural steel plate further enhances the overall rigidity of the valve and reduces the influence of thermal expansion on the valve performance.

2. Scientific material selection
LQ-GXF High-temperature pressure relief valve is made of high-temperature resistant materials with low thermal expansion coefficient. These materials can maintain good mechanical properties and dimensional stability in high temperature environments, effectively avoiding valve deformation and seal failure caused by thermal expansion. Through scientific material selection, LQ-GXF High-temperature pressure relief valve can operate stably for a long time in high temperature environments, ensuring the safety and reliability of the system.

3. Convenience of installation and operation
The installation and operation of LQ-GXF High-temperature pressure relief valve are also very convenient. Its compact structure and light weight make it easy to install and maintain in various industrial environments. The valve is driven by a pneumatic actuator, with compressed air as the power. The valve stem drives the disc-shaped butterfly plate to rotate around the axis to control the flow. This design is easy to operate and can effectively avoid mechanical wear and thermal expansion in high temperature environments, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the valve.

4. Multi-position installation and adaptability to medium flow direction
LQ-GXF High-temperature pressure relief valve can be installed in multiple positions and is not affected by the medium flow direction. This design enables the valve to flexibly adapt to various working conditions in high temperature environments and avoid the influence of thermal expansion caused by changes in medium flow direction. The valve rotates 90° from the initial position to complete the action from open to closed or from closed to open, and vice versa to complete the action from closed to open or from open to closed, ensuring the reliability and stability of the valve in high temperature environment.
