Why is it necessary to add a distillation unit to the separation tank in the LQ-ACA Granular Activated Carbon Adsorption and Condensation Recovery System to recover high-precision solvents?

In the LQ-ACA Granular Activated Carbon Adsorption and Condensation Recovery System, a distillation device needs to be installed in the separation tank to recover high-precision solvents.

1. Improve the purity of solvents to meet the needs of high-precision applications
In the LQ-ACA system, after the activated carbon adsorbs the organic solvents in the exhaust gas, the organic matter is separated from the activated carbon by high-temperature steam desorption. The separated gas is cooled by the condenser and enters the separation tank. However, the directly recovered solvent may contain water and other impurities, resulting in its purity not meeting the needs of high-precision applications. The distillation device heats the mixture to make the low-boiling point solvent evaporate first, and then cools it through the condenser to finally obtain a high-purity solvent.

2. Enhance the solvent separation effect and improve the recovery rate
In the separation tank, some solvents may be difficult to separate directly due to solubility or other physical and chemical properties. By installing a distillation device in the separation tank, the solvent separation effect can be enhanced. The distillation device uses the difference in boiling points of different components to separate the solvent from the mixture. With the assistance of the distillation unit, the LQ-ACA system can more effectively recover organic solvents and achieve full utilization of resources.

3. Realize effective utilization of resources and reduce production costs
In the LQ-ACA system, adding a distillation unit can not only improve the purity and recovery rate of the solvent, but also achieve effective utilization of resources and reduce production costs. Through the separation and purification of the distillation unit, the recovered high-precision solvent can be used again in the production process, reducing the demand for new solvents. This not only helps to reduce the production costs of enterprises, but also reduces the impact on the environment.
