How does the zeolite wheel ADW + catalytic combustion CO waste gas treatment process achieve efficient, energy-saving, and safe waste gas purification?

The LQ-ADW-CO Zeolite Rotary Concentrator (Cylindrical/Disc Type)+ Catalytic Oxidation (CO) is an advanced waste gas treatment technology, mainly used to treat large air volume and low concentration organic waste gas. This process combines the two technologies of zeolite wheel concentration adsorption and catalytic combustion, which can efficiently remove organic pollutants in waste gas, and also has the advantages of energy saving, safety and stability.
Zeolite wheel is a highly efficient adsorption material with good adsorption performance and high temperature resistance. In the waste gas treatment process, the waste gas is first adsorbed and concentrated by the zeolite wheel to concentrate the low concentration of organic waste gas into high concentration waste gas. The concentrated waste gas then enters the catalytic combustion device. Under the action of the catalyst, the organic pollutants are oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water at a lower temperature (usually 300~450℃), thereby achieving the purification of the waste gas.
Compared with the traditional RTO incinerator, the LQ-ADW-CO Zeolite Rotary Concentrator (Cylindrical/Disc Type)+ Catalytic Oxidation (CO) has significant advantages. RTO incinerators need to heat the exhaust gas to a high temperature (usually above 800°C) to achieve the oxidation and decomposition of organic pollutants, while the catalytic combustion device, under the action of the catalyst, only needs to heat the exhaust gas to 300~450°C to achieve the oxidation and decomposition of organic pollutants, which greatly reduces energy consumption and improves energy utilization efficiency.
The LQ-ADW-CO Zeolite Rotary Concentrator (Cylindrical/Disc Type)+ Catalytic Oxidation (CO) also has good safety and stability. The zeolite wheel has the characteristics of non-combustibility, which can increase the desorption temperature without worrying about ignition problems, thereby improving the safety of the system. The adsorption performance of the zeolite wheel is stable and can operate stably for a long time, ensuring the effect of exhaust gas treatment.
Activated carbon, as a commonly used adsorption material, has good adsorption performance and is widely used in the field of exhaust gas treatment. In some cases, it is not easy to desorb activated carbon, which is determined by the adsorption characteristics of activated carbon and the characteristics of exhaust gas components.
The adsorption performance of activated carbon mainly depends on the pore structure and chemical properties of its surface. The pore structure of activated carbon includes micropores, mesopores and macropores, among which micropores play a major role in the adsorption of organic pollutants. When the organic pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed by the activated carbon, they will enter the micropores of the activated carbon and form a stable adsorption state. If the boiling point of the exhaust gas components is high, the adsorption state of the organic pollutants in the micropores of the activated carbon will be more stable, and the difficulty of desorption will increase accordingly.
The chemical properties of activated carbon will also affect its desorption performance. The surface of activated carbon has a certain chemical activity, which can react chemically with organic pollutants to form a stable chemical adsorption state. If the chemical activity of the exhaust gas components and the surface of the activated carbon is strong, the chemical adsorption state of the organic pollutants on the surface of the activated carbon will be more stable, and the difficulty of desorption will increase accordingly. When dealing with certain organic waste gases with high boiling points or strong chemical activity, it is not easy to desorb activated carbon, and other adsorption materials or desorption methods need to be used to ensure the effect of exhaust gas treatment. As a highly efficient adsorption material, the zeolite wheel has good adsorption performance and high temperature resistance, which can effectively solve the problem of difficult desorption of activated carbon and improve the effect and efficiency of exhaust gas treatment. Through the zeolite wheel ADW + catalytic combustion CO waste gas treatment process, high-efficiency treatment of large air volume and low-concentration organic waste gas can be achieved. It has the advantages of energy saving, safety, and stability. It is an ideal waste gas treatment technology.
