In the field of industrial waste gas treatment, the LQ-ADW-RTO Zeolite wheel +RTO System is an efficient and economical solution, especially suitable for treating low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gases (VOCs). This system combines the adsorption concentration function of the zeolite wheel and the high-temperature oxidation technology of the regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO), using high-temperature gas heat exchange to achieve continuous adsorption and desorption processes, thereby achieving efficient and stable waste gas treatment results.

1. Adsorption Process
One of the core components of the LQ-ADW-RTO Zeolite wheel +RTO System is the zeolite wheel. The zeolite wheel is an efficient adsorption medium that can selectively adsorb VOCs in organic waste gases. When waste gases containing VOCs pass through the zeolite wheel, the adsorption sites on the surface of the zeolite wheel will combine with the VOCs molecules, thereby concentrating the VOCs in the waste gases on the zeolite wheel.
