How to use high-temperature gas heat exchange to achieve continuous adsorption and desorption processes in the LQ-ADW-RTO Zeolite wheel +RTO System?

In the field of industrial waste gas treatment, the LQ-ADW-RTO Zeolite wheel +RTO System is an efficient and economical solution, especially suitable for treating low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gases (VOCs). This system combines the adsorption concentration function of the zeolite wheel and the high-temperature oxidation technology of the regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO), using high-temperature gas heat exchange to achieve continuous adsorption and desorption processes, thereby achieving efficient and stable waste gas treatment results.

1. Adsorption Process
One of the core components of the LQ-ADW-RTO Zeolite wheel +RTO System is the zeolite wheel. The zeolite wheel is an efficient adsorption medium that can selectively adsorb VOCs in organic waste gases. When waste gases containing VOCs pass through the zeolite wheel, the adsorption sites on the surface of the zeolite wheel will combine with the VOCs molecules, thereby concentrating the VOCs in the waste gases on the zeolite wheel. This process is called the adsorption process.

2. High-Temperature Gas Heat Exchange
During the adsorption process, the zeolite wheel will gradually reach a saturated state, at which point a desorption process is needed to restore the adsorption capacity of the zeolite wheel. The desorption process is achieved through high-temperature gas heat exchange. The high-temperature gas (usually above 800°C) generated by the RTO system will be introduced into the zeolite wheel, where it will undergo heat exchange with the VOCs on the surface of the zeolite wheel. The heat from the high-temperature gas will cause the VOCs molecules to desorb from the surface of the zeolite wheel, forming a high-concentration, low-volume waste gas.

3. Continuous Adsorption and Desorption Process
The LQ-ADW-RTO Zeolite wheel +RTO System achieves continuous adsorption and desorption processes through a clever design. The zeolite wheel is typically divided into multiple sectors, each of which performs adsorption and desorption operations at different time points. When one sector is performing adsorption operations, another sector is performing desorption operations. Through this method, the system can achieve continuous waste gas treatment without the need to shut down for regeneration operations.
