LQ-RRTO Rotary heat-storage high-temperature incineration equipment
Cat:Equipment
Overview Of Tower-Type RTO Our company offers two types of rotary RTO, which are the rotary RTO and the single barrel multi-valve RTO. The rotary RTO,...
See Details1. Energy Consumption Affected by Process Type: Different treatment processes (such as adsorption-thermal oxidation, catalytic oxidation, and RTO thermal oxidation) vary significantly in energy consumption per unit of waste gas treated.
2. Unit Energy Consumption Range: Under typical industry conditions, thermal oxidation processes consume approximately 0.3–0.8 kWh/Nm³, while catalytic oxidation processes can be reduced to 0.1–0.4 kWh/Nm³.
3. Influencing Factors: The concentration of VOCs in the waste gas, flow rate, inlet temperature, and the equipment's heat recovery efficiency are key factors in determining actual energy consumption.
1. Overall Maintenance Interval:
Routine Inspection: On-site inspections of key system parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rate are conducted every 3–6 months.
In-depth Maintenance: System cleaning, seal replacement, and control system calibration are performed every 12 months. Filter (or Activated Carbon Filter):
Replacement Frequency: Depending on the exhaust gas VOC concentration and adsorption load, generally replace every 6–18 months.
Inspection Points: Regularly monitor pressure drop and adsorption efficiency. Replacement is required if the pressure drop exceeds 20% of the design value.
2. Catalyst:
Replacement Frequency: Under normal operating conditions, the catalyst lifespan is approximately 2–5 years; if the exhaust gas contains high concentrations of sulfides or chlorides, the replacement interval may need to be shortened.
Maintenance Points: Regularly test the activity of the catalyst. Regenerate or replace it when the activity drops below 80%.
3. UV Lamp (Photocatalytic Device):
Replacement Frequency: The light intensity of the UV lamp decreases with age. Generally, it should be replaced every 12–24 months to maintain photocatalytic efficiency.
Inspection Points: Monitor the light output of the lamp. Replacement is required when the light intensity drops below 70% of its original value.
