See DetailsWhat are the main components of Organic Waste Gas Treatment Engineering?
1. Waste Gas Collection and Pretreatment Unit
Organic Waste Gas Treatment Engineering includes a waste gas collection network, preheating, cooling, water curtain cabinets or spray towers, etc., used to reduce temperature and remove large particles and moisture.
2. Adsorption/Concentration Unit
Organic Waste Gas Treatment Engineering uses zeolite rotors, activated carbon honeycomb beds, or molecular sieve beds for high-efficiency adsorption; the regeneration zone regenerates the adsorbent through pyrolysis or steam.
3. Catalytic Combustion/High-Temperature Incineration Unit
RTO or direct combustion furnaces, combined with catalysts (Pt, Pd, V, etc.), achieve complete oxidation of VOCs, with a purification efficiency ≥97%.
4. Secondary Treatment and Emission Unit
CO₂ and NOₓ generated after combustion are denitrified, desulfurized, or condensed and recovered to ensure emissions meet standards.
5. Auxiliary Systems
Including automatic monitoring, PLC control, electrical instrumentation, water supply and drainage, fire protection and explosion-proof devices, providing safe and reliable operation throughout the entire process.
